That realization led me to shift my focus more fully toward coaching.
My approach to diet and nutrition is a bit different. I closely monitor how each client’s body responds week to week and make 100% of my adjustments based on that feedback. There's no “four hours of cardio a day” mentality here. Instead, I use a safer, more sustainable strategy that delivers long-term benefits—results my clients continue to see even after our time working together ends.
