TL;DR

We don't collect anything.

Archers Portal runs entirely on your device. We don't operate servers, we don't have user accounts, and we don't transmit your bow setups, arrow builds, sight tapes, or tournament scores to us or to anyone else. What you log stays on your phone (and, if you choose to enable it, in your own private iCloud).

What information Archers Portal handles

Everything you enter into Archers Portal — including bow profiles, arrow builds, sight tape measurements, tape profiles, tournament rounds, scores, and any uploaded sight cap logos — is stored locally on your iOS device using Apple's standard on-device storage frameworks.

We do not collect

Personal information of any kind (name, email, age, etc.)
Account credentials — there are no accounts
Bow, arrow, tape, or scorecard data of any form
Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or fingerprints
Location data
Photos, contacts, or any other device content
Analytics, telemetry, or usage data
Crash reports (beyond what Apple provides anonymously through TestFlight, if applicable)

iCloud sync

If you enable iCloud on your device, Archers Portal will store your data in a private iCloud Documents container under your Apple ID. This lets your bow library, arrows, sight tapes, and scorecards sync between your own devices (e.g. iPhone and iPad).

That data lives in your iCloud account. We do not have access to it, we cannot read it, and it is not visible to any other user. iCloud storage is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Photo Library

When you choose to upload a logo for your sight cap, Archers Portal uses Apple's built-in PhotosPicker. The picker runs in a separate, sandboxed process — Archers Portal never gains broader access to your photo library. Only the single image you tap is handed to the app, and it is stored on your device alongside your other Archers Portal data.

PDF export

Sight tapes and scorecards can be exported as PDFs and shared via the iOS Share Sheet. Where those PDFs go (AirDrop, Messages, Mail, Files, etc.) is entirely up to you. Archers Portal does not upload them anywhere on its own.

Third-party services

Archers Portal does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app contains no SDKs that report data externally.

We do not sell, share, or rent any data, because we don't have any to share.

Children's privacy

Archers Portal is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from children — or anyone else, for that matter. If you are a parent or guardian and have any questions, please contact us at the email below.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how Archers Portal handles your data, we will update this page and revise the effective date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app's "What's New" release notes.
